bare hand or snuffs out 7 candles using two whips spinning wildly over his head and only

inches from the face of his lovely partner during the "Candle Whippers™" routine.

CONVENTION PANEL EXHIBITIONS

 

Gery & Scout also provide entertaining lecture exhibitions as guest panelists at contemporary performing arts, science fiction, and fantasy literature conventions presenting a special edition of their regular show titled, "Whip Artistry in Literature & Film." This performance and lecture brings to the forefront the use of the whip in science fiction and fantasy literature, television, and film. Often seen as either a sadomasochistic punishment device or a tool used by cowboys or Wild West performers, the whip's positive uses are often overlooked. The skill and artistry required to use a bullwhip with grace and precision are a martial and performing art unique to a select few professionals. Gery & Scout show you how the whip is used in stories and media - separating the fact from the fiction while providing an entertaining and interactive presentation. They also provide a question and answer session including information on whip artistry lessons, groups, and performances.
